Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and retail segments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users

• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients

• Track competitor activity and market trends

• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the paints/coatings sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and result-oriented

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

• Graduation in any discipline (Science/Chemistry background is a plus)
